| The submissions in CLA should be in accordance with the required Achievement PPT template, in which they demonstrate the result of lean implementation at entries’ site and to explain why the entry qualifies to win the category entered. | At this phase, candidates are closely looked into and evaluated. Judge panel may have a conference call with selected candidates to verify, amplify and clarify the information provided in the Achievement PPT and other materials. Based on grades given by the judge panel, the final FIVE winners come out. |
Winners are informed in early-September. Speech preparations then start for this year’s MEW. | On Oct. 22nd, around 9 nominees are invited to elaborate their submitted cases. FIVE of them will be announced winners of CLA during MEW 2008. |
